As a member of the Inbound Sales Enablement team, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless, informed, and value-driven experience to Circana’s global inbound prospects. You will qualify inbound leads across Circana’s global portfolio of product offerings, assess client business needs, and equip our Sales organization with the materials, insights, and guidance needed to accelerate the sales cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2-5 years of experience
  • Experience with Dynamics or another CRM/ sales enablement platforms preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Identify qualified inbound prospects and route opportunities appropriately
  • Manage the early sales cycle by conducting needs assessments, understanding prospect pain points, and preparing Sales for successful handoff and follow-up conversations.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Insights to ensure inbound leads receive consistent, accurate, and compelling information.
  • Leverage Circana’s proprietary platforms (e.g., Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite) and the CRM to manage and track inbound activity.
  • Ensure prospects receive timely, relevant information and a positive experience from the first touchpoint.
  • Capture insights from inbound prospects and share trends with leadership.
