About The Position

D&M Leasing, we are looking to hire a skilled Client Retention Specialist / BDC Representative to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have BDC or internet sales experience in a dealership.

Requirements

  • 2 years of Dealership experience required
  • Heavy call volume experience of outbound and inbound
  • Essential multitasking and stress management skills
  • A high sense of urgency and a commitment to making sound decisions
  • Effective time management to meet and exceed company metrics and goals
  • Self-motivated and independent, not discouraged by receiving no’s on the phone

Responsibilities

  • Skillfully handle heavy incoming phone and online inquiries
  • High outbound phone work expectations for prospective clients
  • Record customer information and feedback in our specialized software system
  • Coordinate appointments and follow up with customers who missed appointments
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our product offerings
  • Always uphold strict confidentiality
  • Demonstrate professionalism and respect in all interactions, whether on the phone or online
