Responsibilities
- Meet with clients through Zoom and phone consultations
- Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
- Assist with enrollment, policy updates, and ongoing service requests
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain accurate client documentation and follow-up communication
- Participate in ongoing virtual training and coaching
- Develop communication, leadership, and client service skills
- Collaborate with a supportive remote team
