Here is where we need you most: Client Representatives provide superior service to client administrators and recipients. This position requires communication and interaction with O.C. Tanner sales offices and account managers, and our clients' recipients. The position has impact to company's bottom line - resolving client inquiries and meeting or surpassing client expectations results in retention of our clients. A great attitude and adaptability to change are critical factors. A proven history of exceptional customer service is essential.
