They are looking to add a Client Relationship Manager to their team who excels at connecting with people and is ready to grow with their dedicated team. This role is responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients, supporting their financial goals, and ensuring the highest level of service.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1 + years’ experience servicing and supporting clients in the Charles Schwab platform
  • Series 65 license and Life & Health license required
  • Demonstrates strong proficiency and confidence working across various platforms and operating systems including Microsoft Office suite and CRM tools
  • Excellent communication; written and verbal
  • Collaborative team player willing to assist others
  • Demonstrates exceptional organizational skills by efficiently managing multiple client requests and prioritizing time sensitive tasks
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
  • Skilled in building strong, trust-based relationships with clients by providing attentive, personalized service and guidance
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and works well independently
  • Demonstrates strong integrity and a commitment to ethical conduct, especially when handling confidential client information and financial matters

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a seamless onboarding experience for new clients, ensuring personalized attention and exceptional service at every step
  • Manage all ongoing client needs and communications
  • Conduct performance reviews and regular account check-ins
  • Assist with money movement requests and related transactions
  • Set up and educate clients on using the client portal
  • Coordinate with our Medicare team to arrange necessary services
  • Implement the financial plans developed by the lead advisor
  • Provide responsive, tailored support throughout the client relationship
  • Maintain the firm’s CRM system through accurate data entry and database management
  • Monitor and track pending service work, ensuring clients receive personalized update calls regarding the progress of their requests
  • Complete each service request and resolve client issues
  • Manage calendars, including appointment scheduling and rescheduling
  • Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
