About The Position

Cornerstone Servicing, a division of Cornerstone Capital Bank, is seeking a Client Relationship Manager to provide excellent client service. The CRM will ensure client expectations are met and exceeded through regular meetings and discussions covering service levels and portfolio performance. This role involves frequent interaction with internal leadership, clients, business development, operational teams, and reporting and analytics. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services, and operates autonomously as a seasoned individual contributor. This is an onsite position in Englewood, CO.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum 5+ years professional mortgage servicing experience required
• Ability to be conceptual, able to recognize problems from few or subtle clues, and be innately comfortable with complex and ambiguous situations
• Self-motivated and client centric
• Knowledge of MSP
• Understanding of portfolio management and transactions
• Excellent verbal and written communications, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Project Management experience and skills, i.e., the ability to manage complex projects and work with a cross-functional team

Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining a high level of personal contact with your clients
• Creating and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction as measured by both internal and client benchmarks
• Understand the Clients related strategic plan/s for success and collaborate on the implementation/execution of the plan and overall account success
• Provide tactical support including issue resolution, contract monitoring and renewals, as well as routine processes and deal coordination
• Move others to action by planning, motivating, organizing and directing the work being done
• Identify and resolve issues
• Prioritize under tight deadlines
