Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial services or group savings and retirement
Solid knowledge of retirement plans and related concepts
Comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
Advanced level of English proficiency
Advanced level of French proficiency, both spoken and written
Relevant university degree
License in group savings and retirement insurance issued by the AMF

Responsibilities

Act as a primary contact for clients in Quebec and build strong, long-term relationships
Participate in client meetings (pension committees, annual meetings, employee sessions)
Provide training on products, tools, and services to support effective plan management
Understand client needs and propose tailored solutions
Collaborate with internal teams, including financial education and business development
Contribute to the development and evolution of service strategies
Proactively inform clients of changes related to products, services, or regulatory requirements
Participate in initiatives aimed at increasing plan member engagement
Contribute to team success by sharing best practices and participating in internal activities
