About The Position

The role of the Client Relationship Lead is to provide training, support and leadership to the Client Relationship team and to be an assistant to the Client Relationship Supervisor. This role operates in a professional office setting, routinely working with standard office equipment. Generally, due to the nature of this office position, the person in this role would be required to talk and hear, sit or stand for long period of time, and use their hands and fingers, to handle and feel. Occasionally required to walk, reach with arms and hand, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, or crouch. Regularly required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds, occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Vision abilities required by the job include close vision. Requirements

  • Two (2) years post-secondary education or comparable experience
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously with differing levels of urgency
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy of data
  • Exceptional time management skills
  • Demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent analytical thinking and organization skills
  • Experience with Microsoft products: Outlook, Excel & Word
  • Leadership skills and abilities

Responsibilities

  • Providing excellent communication to all clients by anticipating and resolving issues in a manner that exceeds the client’s expectations.
  • Working with teams throughout the organization to respond to client audit requests and questionnaires by assigned deadlines.
  • Participating in monthly calls, remote audits, and on-site visits.
  • Reviewing and responding to client inquiries to solve critical issues in a timely fashion.
  • Properly tracking deadlines to meet client requirements
  • Communicating regularly with the client to evaluate satisfaction and proactively identifying upcoming needs.
  • Provide leadership to their team as described below
  • Evaluate and act on exceptions
  • Respond promptly to requests from management and attorneys
  • Conduct clean desk sweeps for compliance purposes
  • Review and monitor staff for compliance and quality of work
  • New hire and remedial training
  • Recruiting, interviewing and hiring
  • Motivate staff to meeting job requirements
  • Prioritize assignments
  • Track remote access and productivity
