About The Position

This role has multiple levels, open to candidates with 3 years to 5 years minimum experience in customer service and sales. The successful candidate will be hired for the level of the position that aligns with their experience. Please note that the salary range provided corresponds to the lowest level of the position posted. Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers by meeting face to face and engaging them when and where they need to provide the best possible counsel. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers’ banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending financial solutions based on each customer’s unique goals and needs. They are also responsible for originating and closing consumer loans, opening accounts, and opening and/or closing the branch. This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of customer service experience (for CRC 1)
  • One to three years of sales experience (for CRC 1)
  • Three to four years of customer service experience (for CRC 2)
  • Three to four years of sales experience (for CRC 2)
  • Four to five years of customer service experience (for CRC 3)
  • Four to five years of sales experience (for CRC 3)
  • Five or more years of customer service experience (for CRC 4)
  • Five or more years of sales experience (for CRC 4)
  • National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.
  • Satisfactory criminal and credit record to meet NMLS registration requirements.
  • Ability to comply with U.S. Bank policies and procedures including the Code of Ethics and Business Conduct and related workplace conduct and safety policies.

Responsibilities
