About The Position

As a Client Relationship Consultant, you’ll be the welcoming face of our branch and a trusted partner for our clients. Your work helps people confidently navigate their financial lives while supporting strong, lasting relationships with our bank. In this role you'll engage clients with exceptional service while supporting a wide range of sales and service activities. You will process routine financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency, including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and loan payments. You will balance your cash drawer with precise currency and coin handling. You will consult with clients to understand their needs and introduce products, services, and digital banking tools that support their goals. You will identify opportunities to expand relationships and make referrals to partners across Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage Lending, and Investment Services. You will proactively communicate with clients to educate, resolve concerns, strengthen loyalty, and gather feedback. You will hold appointments to identify client needs, provide solutions, and support their financial success. You will open new accounts, maintain existing accounts, and resolve account issues while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations. You will support branch lending processes by answering questions, completing applications, and preparing accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. (Required).
  • Entry-level experience in teller, banking, or sales roles with established goals (Required).
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.
