Client Relationship Associate, Wealth Management

Voya FinancialBoston, MA
$70,000 - $80,000Onsite

About The Position

Voya Wealth Management is building something new in Boston’s Seaport, and this role is at the center of it. As a Client Relationship Associate, you’ll be the operational backbone of a high-performing team of Wealth Consultants and Wealth Strategists. You’re not just answering phones - you’re making sure clients feel heard, requests get resolved, and nothing falls through the cracks. This is how careers in wealth management get built: by learning the business from the inside out. You’ll also be supported in pursuing your Series 7 and Series 66 licenses - study time is part of the role, not something you squeeze in after hours. Getting licensed isn’t just encouraged here, it’s the plan. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who takes ownership of every client interaction, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants a career path built on impact, not just a job title. Your ideas matter here.
