About The Position

At Financial Services of America (FSA), we’re dedicated to helping clients retire with confidence by delivering personalized financial strategies through our proven CARES Planning Process. We do this by building long-term relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and service. We’re currently seeking a Client Relationship Advisor—a client-facing service role designed to support the delivery of ongoing financial planning and operational excellence. This is not a sales position, but a vital part of ensuring every client feels seen, supported, and well-prepared for the road ahead. The Client Relationship Advisor acts as a critical bridge between FSA’s financial advisors and the families they serve. You’ll manage follow-up communications, account updates, and service coordination—ensuring each client continues to receive the personalized attention and care they expect from FSA.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the financial services industry or a client-facing operations role.
  • Must hold Series 65 license or willingness to obtain promptly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and client records.
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
  • Competent with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; CRM and planning software experience is a plus.
  • Desire to grow professionally, including willingness to pursue applicable licenses (if not already licensed).

Responsibilities

  • Support advisor readiness by updating client records in our custom CRM (ACCESS), preparing financial reports, and organizing documentation for planning meetings.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for ongoing questions and service needs—delivering consistent, professional communication via phone and email.
  • Manage the execution and tracking of transactions like transfers, withdrawals, and beneficiary updates, working with both internal systems and third-party institutions.
  • Ensure accurate, timely entry of client data and service notes; help maintain the integrity of our internal systems.
  • Oversee follow-up tasks, document requests, and workflows tied to financial, investment, and insurance planning deliverables.
  • Prepare investment summaries and financial snapshots to support advisor presentations.
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures that meet regulatory and quality standards.
