Client Relation Specialist- EST Remote
About The Position
Kept Companies is the largest self-performing commercial cleaning and maintenance company in the nation. With nine leading brands and over 100 locations nationwide servicing industries including restaurant, solar, retail, transportation and supermarket, Kept Companies is the leading provider of commercial fleet washing, retail equipment refurbishing and sales, refrigeration, hood, coil and solar panel cleaning and parking lot services in the nation. This is a full-time remote role for a Client Relations Specialist at Kept Companies. Work hours are from 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday. This is an EST REMOTE Sales Based Commissions position.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in customer satisfaction and customer support.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in facility maintenance or related industry.
- Knowledge of facility management best practices.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
Responsibilities
- Managing client relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Providing customer support.
- Communicating with clients.
- Resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Working closely with the operations team to coordinate and deliver exceptional service to clients.
