About The Position

The Client Relations Representative (CRR) is a sales development and client relationship role supporting an Advisor as the Advisor’s territory expands into new markets. The role drives appointment generation from warm and event-based leads, supports and executes marketing events, initiates client onboarding paperwork, and owns outreach metrics and performance goals. The representative works directly with the Advisor to expand market presence across Londonderry, New Hampshire, and Leominster, Massachusetts. Local travel between offices and event venues is required, with mileage reimbursed. The role’s success directly impacts revenue growth, and approximately 70% of the work is phone-based sales activity. The position is based in Cranston, Rhode Island, and follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. It is primarily office-based, includes local travel to events as needed, and may require occasional evening coverage. The representative works in a collaborative, performance-driven culture focused on integrity, innovation, service, and education-driven financial planning.
