About The Position

This role will work Hybrid in the NY, NY office. The Program Associate plays a key role in delivering a seamless client experience by supporting program operations and building strong client relationships. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in creating a positive and professional experience for every interaction. You’ll serve as the initial point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal teams to deliver consistent execution of services and programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Communications, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field)
  • Experience in client-facing roles such as hospitality, customer experience, account coordination, or service industries preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a professional and approachable demeanor
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and open to learning new systems
  • Willingness to obtain P&C license (training/support provided)
  • Proactive, organized, and customer-focused with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service with the ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a front-line resource for clients, assisting with coverage setup and guiding them through the binding process. Ensure a smooth experience by delivering clear communication, accurate information, and consistent follow-through.
  • Support day-to-day operations, providing organized and accurate client records, ensuring all information is communicated effectively across teams and help program implementation.
  • Maintain accurate client records and ensure clients receive timely updates and information regarding their coverage.
  • Proactively identify client needs and resolve issues efficiently, escalating more complex matters as needed while maintaining a high level of client confidence.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in client experience by identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities within workflows.
