The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership ability, excellent managerial skills, and the capacity to provide clear focus and direction to department members. This role is responsible for the management, operation, and performance of level 2 and senior level Client Services Representative staff, the Client Services Auditor, and the Client Services Trainer. Key responsibilities include the design of departmental goals and procedures, workflow management, customer responsiveness, productivity, quality review, and staff training and development.
