About The Position

Eurofins Built Environment Testing is seeking a Client Relations Executive in the Pacific Northwest. The Client Relations Executives are the primary point of contact for all Eurofins Built Environment Testing clients. They should be well spoken, knowledgeable, responsive, and proactive in communicating with clients to provide total client satisfaction. This role requires a deep understanding of internal operational capabilities and limitations, and familiarity with the service capability matrices of various lab locations. The executive will participate in the overall sales process, manage client inquiries, ensure issue resolution, maintain client accounts, and coordinate with laboratory support for sample receipt and login. They will also answer technical questions, facilitate problem resolution, coordinate technical details with laboratory staff, develop strong business relationships, and ensure clients receive proper sampling supplies. The role involves generating weekly metrics and providing feedback on client concerns to upper management.

Requirements

BS degree in Biology or related science REQUIRED
2-5 years minimum Customer Service preferred
Experience working in the Indoor Air Quality field is preferred
Familiarity with a laboratory setting is preferred
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF)

Responsibilities

Must have a deep understanding of the internal operational capabilities and limitations and be well versed in the service capability matrices of the various lab locations.
Participate in the overall sales process of creating accounts through direct discussions with clients and in coordination with the Sales Team
Manage and provide timely responses to client inquires and ensure resolution of issues or complaints related to the management of projects and status of work in progress.
Responsible for maintaining clients’ accounts with up-to-date account preference information.
Work closely with Laboratory Support to ensure proper receipt and login of samples.
Have the ability to answer common technical questions, facilitate problem resolution, and coordinate technical details with the laboratory staff.
Develop strong business relationships and familiarity with clients to further enhance client service and sales.
Ensure that clients receive the proper sampling supplies by coordinating requests for products.
Generate weekly metrics and provide feedback/input on client concerns/satisfaction to upper management to help monitor client retention
