About The Position

As our Client Experience Assistant, you'll be the trusted first point of contact for every client. You'll welcome families, answer questions, and connect them with the training and services that best fit their goals. At Canine Craze, we celebrate the little victories. As our Client Experience Assistant, you'll help create those moments by making every client's experience positive from the first conversation. We're a small team where relationships matter. Responsibilities

• Welcoming clients and their dogs.
• Answering phone calls, emails, and online inquiries.
• Helping families choose the training and services that best fit their goals.
• Scheduling evaluations, training, daycare, and boarding services.
• Maintaining accurate client and dog records.
• Preparing materials that help our trainers succeed.
• Keeping our reception area clean, organized, and welcoming.
• Pitching in wherever the team needs an extra hand.
