Client Relations Assistant – Entry Level
About The Position
We’re seeking motivated, people-focused individuals to join our team as Entry Level Client Relations Assistants. In this role, you’ll support nonprofit partners and ethical brands by managing community engagement, event interactions, and supporter relationships . No experience required—full paid training and hands-on mentorship provided. Position Overview As a Client Relations Assistant, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable point of contact at live events and community activations . You’ll interact with attendees, build positive relationships, and ensure each event runs smoothly, gaining valuable experience in marketing, communications, and client-facing roles .
Requirements
- Are 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Are outgoing, approachable, and comfortable speaking with the public
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Can multitask and perform well in fast-paced environments
- Are reliable, coachable, and team-oriented
- Are flexible with scheduling (weekends/evenings as needed)
Nice To Haves
- Customer service, retail, hospitality, or entry-level office experience
Responsibilities
- Represent nonprofit clients and mission-driven brands at events and outreach sites
- Greet and engage attendees, providing clear and helpful campaign information
- Build positive rapport with community members, supporters, and donors
- Assist with event logistics, setup, materials, and on-site operations
- Collect supporter feedback and document interactions for client reporting
- Support outreach and marketing teams to achieve event goals
- Maintain professional communication with clients and attendees
- Deliver exceptional customer and client service at every interaction
