Key Responsibilities Assist with communications for live events, fundraising campaigns, and community initiatives Engage with donors, attendees, and community members to promote nonprofit missions and upcoming events Help draft and distribute press releases, social media content, newsletters, and communications materials Support on-site event communications , including signage, messaging, and guest engagement Collect feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and messaging effectiveness Represent the organization in a professional, positive, and approachable manner

Requirements

• Outgoing and approachable , comfortable interacting with new people
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Motivated, coachable, and eager to learn
• Team-oriented with a reliable and professional work ethic
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or events is a plus, but not required
