Requirements

U.S. citizen, aged 18 or above
Talent for verbal and written communication
Skills to translate account health metrics into actionable insights
Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce
Obtaining a Life Producer license within two weeks of employment is a must.

Responsibilities

Educate clients on financial topics and develop personalized financial plans for budgeting, investing, and retirement planning.
Identify opportunities to increase account value through upselling and cross-selling while maintaining exemplary client satisfaction.
