About The Position

AO – Globe Life is seeking motivated, people-focused professionals to join our team as Remote Benefits Sales Representatives. You'll meet virtually with clients who have requested information, learn about their needs, explain available benefit options, and help them select coverage that fits their circumstances. Our approach is centered on education, service, and trust—not high-pressure sales tactics. No prior insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development. As a Remote Benefits Sales Representative, you'll combine consultative sales with customer service to help clients understand their available options. Representatives work with qualified client opportunities and individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits, allowing them to focus on building relationships, understanding client needs, educating families, presenting appropriate coverage options, providing professional follow-up, and developing long-term client relationships.
