About The Position

The Client Project Manager - Stack guides and supports the stack testing team in delivering high-quality service. The role combines technical expertise, collaborative leadership, and client engagement to promote compliance, reliability, and effective day-to-day operations. The position manages stationary source testing programs and projects, ensuring technical, financial, administrative, scheduling, and resource needs are addressed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of stack testing experience and QI credentials.
• Ability to travel locally and overnight for multi-weekday projects up to 75% of the time or more.
• Extensive knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and overseeing client projects, including budgeting and project cost management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass background checks and initial and random drug screenings.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to obtain DOT medical certification and an OSHA Respiratory Protection Medical Evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Follow established testing methods, procedures, and processes to support consistent and reliable source testing.
• Assess client goals, regulatory requirements, and relevant data to prepare technical proposals, test plans, and technical reports.
• Manage technical, financial, and administrative aspects of stationary source testing programs and projects.
• Determine, oversee, coordinate, and adjust project timelines.
• Allocate and direct resources to meet project goals, timelines, and technical requirements.
