Represent Apollo’s real estate solutions for the Global Wealth Management Solutions (GWMS) platform with the aim of driving strategic AUM growth for relevant strategies. Inform and deliver content and messaging tailored to the GWMS investor base. Understand and analyze market dynamics and innovate with respect to driving business development. Engage with the GWMS sales and National Accounts teams in order to support the ongoing distribution of the platform externally. Provide intelligence on investor sentiment and competitive landscape, which can inform product and platform messaging. Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategy for new product launches. Constantly seek to build relationships, gaining a thorough understanding of investors’ internal approval processes and how new products fit in the context of their overall portfolios. Utilize breadth of asset class knowledge to lead a wide range of client dialogues with investors.
