The Client Portfolio Analyst (CPA) supports the Client Portfolio Management team covering Global Core and Global High Yield investment capabilities across institutional and retail distribution channels. The role combines investment expertise, content development, client support, competitive analysis, and cross-functional coordination. The CPA works closely with Client Portfolio Managers (CPMs) and portfolio management teams to develop customized client and prospect materials reflecting market dynamics, portfolio positioning, performance attribution, and the competitive landscape, while coordinating with investment teams to ensure accuracy and consistency. The role also supports client meetings through preparation, presentation development, and follow-up, and builds relationships with product, legal, compliance, RFP, marketing, and other departments to keep materials accurate, consistent, timely, and aligned with business priorities. The CPA is an integrated member of the Client Portfolio Management team and partners with portfolio managers, distribution teams, client service, product management, marketing, legal, and compliance to support commercial success. The position requires a strong understanding of financial markets and the ability to serve as a credible internal spokesperson from fundamental analysis and macroeconomic perspectives. Success calls for strong communication, relationship-building, business, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work independently, manage competing deadlines, think creatively about product evolution, and adapt to changing business needs. The role develops strategy expertise and client-facing portfolio updates; analyzes portfolio data, performance, risk, and market developments; supports client, prospect, and roadshow preparation; creates bespoke collateral and thought leadership; and helps deliver marketing, distribution, training, conference, and commercial-planning initiatives. The position is full-time and follows Invesco’s workplace policy, which, as of October 1, 2025, requires employees to spend at least four full days each week working in an Invesco office.
