About The Position

The Client Outreach Retention Consultant works with clients who have indicated an intent to transfer funds from the organization for purposes other than income. Under general supervision, the consultant partners with the National Contact Center (NCC) and advisory business partners to resolve client questions, educate clients about investment options and requirements, facilitate transfers, and present the organization's solutions when appropriate. The position begins with product and role training. During training, it is non-exempt and paid hourly, with overtime eligibility. After training, the role becomes exempt and salaried at the same rate, calculated as the hourly rate multiplied by 40 for weekly pay; overtime eligibility ends. It assesses client needs, explains relevant product benefits, provides appropriate solutions, and refers clients to advised solutions suited to their complexity and need for advice or engagement.
