About The Position
We are a coordination-focused travel services organization supporting clients with reservations, travel planning, and service-related needs. The Client Operations Associate assists clients with travel-related research, reservation coordination, booking requests, and ongoing communication. This opportunity is well-suited for individuals who are organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working independently, and interested in developing experience within the travel industry. Training and ongoing guidance are provided to help individuals learn reservation processes, supplier systems, client communication, and travel-industry procedures.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel research, reservation requests, and booking coordination
- Communicate with clients to confirm details, provide updates, and answer general questions
- Research accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, and other travel options based on client needs
- Maintain accurate client and reservation information
- Monitor booking details, confirmations, changes, and applicable deadlines
- Work with travel suppliers and reservation platforms
- Follow established booking procedures and supplier requirements
- Provide professional and responsive client support throughout the planning process
- Continue developing knowledge of destinations, suppliers, and travel products
