This part-time role offers up to 35 hours per week at $18/hr and provides a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in a dynamic software company. Working alongside our team, you’ll gain valuable, hands-on experience across the business. About This Internship: As a Client Onboarding Intern, you will dive into the heart of our business and gain hands-on exposure to how client experience drives success—from client education and data analysis to value creation, retention, and product adoption. Our ideal intern is curious, analytical, collaborative, and excited to build a foundation for a career in SaaS client experience. This internship is designed to challenge you while giving you real ownership over projects that influence how we support and retain our clients. This is a hybrid internship based in our Atlanta office, as you will work and communicate with team members who are both in-person and remote.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a business, advertising, sales, or communications program.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop strategic skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support onboarding consultants with day-to-day administrative tasks across new client implementations.
  • Help manage onboarding progress by tracking milestones, outlining next steps, and ensuring clients stay on schedule
  • Monitor onboarding pipelines and flag risks, delays, or gaps to the team.
  • Participate in client communication by joining calls, taking notes, following up on action items, and leading welcome calls.
  • Prepare client-facing materials including setup guides, checklists, and training resources.
  • Perform quality assurance on onboarding deliverables (including menu and web design work) to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Assist with data entry, system setup, and logging client interactions for tracking and reporting.
  • Identify and document accounts with potential risks or issues that need further attention.
  • Support clients within Popmenu’s platform, including scheduling business reviews and helping them track progress toward goals.
  • Complete ad hoc client projects such as drafting communications and reviewing client data.
