Farm Bureau Financial Services is seeking a Client/Member Triage Representative who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service and is customer-focused. Requirements

  • Associates Degree or equivalent plus three years of relevant experience required.
  • Strong customer service skills are required, including solid verbal communication and business professional writing skills.
  • Previous Claims Experience is required.
  • Must have initiative and ability to work independently.
  • Strong computer skills are required in order to quickly learn our multiple systems.
  • Must have basic math skills and ability to learn basic knowledge of insurance products.
  • Must work from our office in Manhattan, Kansas, West Des Moines Corporate location, or our Gilbert, Arizona state office.
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent basis.
  • Not considering candidates that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
