As a Client Manager in our Business Insurance Department, you will be part of a 5–7 person team responsible for the timely and high-quality handling of new business, renewal business, and customer service needs across a large volume of complex accounts. You will work closely with the service team to prepare and market submissions, develop proposals, bind coverage, review and correct policies, and respond promptly to all client requests. In this role, you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of insurance products, coverage options, and risk management principles. You will consistently contribute to customer satisfaction and exemplify a strong commitment to exceptional client service. This position requires in-person collaboration with in-office service teams, producers, and clients, while also offering hybrid flexibility as needed. The ideal candidate will bring a high level of professionalism and a strong commitment to teamwork, customer service, and collaboration, aligning with our organizational mission and values to support strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or general education degree
  • 3-5 years’ experience in underwriting, rating and billing or prior insurance experience at an agency or related company
  • 1-2 years’ experience providing customer service to commercial lines customers.
  • High level of professionalism.
  • Strong commitment to teamwork, customer service, and collaboration.
