We believe keeping up to date on market trends will enable you to position Luminare Health programs and solutions efficiently to client decision makers. The Client Manager – West Coast will be responsible for building and maintaining consultative and strategic partnerships with assigned book of business in the West Coast region through the entire client life cycle, starting at implementation, and continuing through everyday problem resolution, upsell, and renewal activities. Works directly with sales executives during finalist presentations and may be asked to present to potential clients. Expected to support and service between 12 – 20 clients in the West Coast region. Maintains senior management-level contact with client stakeholders and the broker. Internal project participation that benefits and supports the client and/or the client management organization. Charged with retaining and growing their assigned book of business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years industry experience or High School diploma and 9 years previous Client Management experience and/or experience in a similar TPA or insurance environment with client-facing/client support responsibilities
  • Ability to travel is required (up to 25%)
  • Understanding of self-funding and employee benefit plans
  • Knowledge and understanding of benefit-related federal laws (i.e., ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, ACA, etc.)
