About The Position

The Client Manager position is a cornerstone role on Continuum Media’s Client Service team and plays a critical part in supporting our sales initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment while also being self-sufficient and comfortable working independently. You’ll use your communication, analytical, and organizational skills to manage multiple accounts across Account Executives, while supporting planning teams and other departments as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in advertising
  • Candidate must be extremely detail-oriented, organized, and a dedicated team player
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
  • Comfortable interacting with partners and clients
  • Must be proficient in all Microsoft office properties
  • Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and team player
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day maintenance of an assigned account list
  • Communicate both internally across all teams along and externally with clients and partners
  • Learn and master the use of our proprietary tools
  • Assist Planning teams
  • Confirm and execute client orders
  • Prepare weekly post log reports and final campaign posts and analysis
  • Deliver timely reporting to clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams on campaign analysis and optimization
  • Become an expert in the sales and operations processes
  • Act as a liaison between sales, planning, traffic, accounting, and our clients and partners
  • Work with the business intelligence team on specific client requests
  • Other responsibilities as required
