As a Client Manager, you’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring our clients feel supported and valued. You’ll work closely with our team to provide tailored insurance solutions that meet client needs while contributing to our shared goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.

  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms, whether over the phone or in presentations.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs.
  • Lead the renewal process, collaborating with the production team to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage, helping clients protect what matters most.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring we exceed client expectations every step of the way.
