Mercer is seeking a talented individual to join their Region Market Development team as a Client Manager, based in the San Francisco office. This hybrid role requires working at least three days a week in the office or at client sites. The Client Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large/jumbo client accounts (5,000+ employees), establishing trusted advisor relationships with Northern California clients, working with top-tier consulting talent across Mercer’s Practices, and driving revenue growth. The role involves establishing internal and external networks, generating new business opportunities, and collaborating with Mercer consultants and thought leaders to design strategic growth plans and engage C-suite executives in client and prospect organizations.
