You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while contributing to our shared goals. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience OR High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • Producer's License.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
  • Collaborate with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions during the renewal process, securing existing business and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you’ll enhance Gallagher’s value and drive success for both the clients and the organization.
