The Small Law Firm (SLF) Client Executive (CE) is responsible for customer retention and increasing Westlaw revenue, usage, and market-share in their assigned account territory. The Client Executive leverages expertise in customer relations, negotiations, and product/AI insights to increase product usage, remove obstacles, and communicate overall value to customers. About the Role In this opportunity as Client Manager – SLF, you will: Drive Results: Meet monthly renewal volume and revenue requirements Consultation: Promoting Thomson Reuters digital capabilities to help customers do business on their time in a simplified way Retention Focused: Securing long term revenue by targeting multi-year contract goals and assisting with renewal portfolio growth by reaching upsell goals Product Proposition: Designs and develops strategies to increase market share, conducts demonstrations to introduce and position new products effectively Sales Process: Aligning with workflow methodology and digital forward workstream Reporting: Maintaining an accurate and up-to-date renewal portfolio by meeting business system logging requirements Planning: Forecasting your business attainment accurately on a monthly basis
