Client Manager - Insights & Analytics
About The Position
NIQ is seeking a Client Manager for Insights & Analytics, a role focused on understanding consumer shopping behavior, influencing choices, and helping brands and retailers succeed. The ideal candidate is passionate about the intersection of retail, CPG, and consumer behavior, particularly in the health, wellness, and fresh meat sectors. This role involves transforming data into compelling, visually appealing presentations and infographics that tell the story of retail sales and consumer behavior. The position is based in Sheboygan Falls, WI, and requires candidates to be currently located in the area, with no relocation assistance provided.
Requirements
- 5 years of Consumer-Packaged Goods or Retail industry experience required in merchandising, shopper/consumer marketing, supply chain, manufacturer-retailer relationships.
- Proficient in syndicated POS or panel data tools (NIQ, Circana/IRI, Numerator, or Dunnhumby).
- MS Excel expertise and the ability to tumble complex datasets: to include v/x-lookup, sum/if.
- Working knowledge of SQL, Python, other coding languages and BI tools (Power BI/Tablaeu).
- Rich experience creating compelling and engaging PowerPoint presentations from complex data sets and ideas.
- Moves with a sense of urgency, perseverance, and client-first mentality.
- Ability to multi-task successfully and independently manage multiple projects with varying timelines.
- Collaborator with strong oral and written communication skills; Must be a good listener.
- Excited to spend time onsite with clients in hybrid rhythm.
- Willingness to travel up to 10-15% of the time.

- Demonstrate fluency in NIQ’s methodologies, solutions, and analytic platforms using logic to craft compelling, insight-driven stores that influence decision makers.
- Create insight-rich, visually compelling presentations that showcase the power of NIQ data and tools – driving client interest, sparking new conversations, and opening doors for deeper partnership.
- Leverage understanding of retail and CPG business dynamics to diagnose client challenges and uncover opportunities in strategy and shopper engagement.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and client stakeholders to shape deliverables that are actionable and engaging.
- Contribute to NIQ’s growing authority in the fresh meat space, helping position NIQ as the go-to source for timely trend-forward insight.
- Stay immersed in the broader health and wellness industry assembling resources that inform NIQ's perspectives and fuel its external voice and expertise.
