Client Manager II

TrueCommerce,
Remote

About The Position

This role is for a Client Manager II on the DiCentral team at a growing global company that fuels supply chain solutions. The Client Manager II will independently own a portfolio of Tier 2 and Tier 3 customers, serving as their primary point of contact and trusted resource. The focus will be on retaining and growing the book of business by being responsive, organized, and consultative, turning customer interactions into lasting relationships and revenue. This role blends reactive account management with light consultative selling, handling inbound customer requests, driving renewals and upsell opportunities, and ensuring customers feel taken care of. The role involves short sales cycles, warm relationships, and a high-volume account base, making it suitable for someone who thrives on pace and organization. This is a remote opportunity.
