About The Position

The Client Manager I serves as a primary point of contact for clients and provides prompt, professional service. The role manages placement of new and renewal accounts with carrier partners across Property & Casualty and Life & Health lines, supports underwriting submissions, and works to secure competitive quotes and solutions. The Client Manager helps retain and renew accounts through proactive service and relationship management, maintains accurate records in AMS360, and collaborates with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders. The role also handles routine policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other service requests efficiently and accurately.

Requirements

An active state-issued insurance license in P&C and/or L&H is required.
Strong written and verbal interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

1–2 years of experience in insurance, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
Familiarity with AMS360 or similar agency management systems is a plus.
An active P&C Insurance License or L&H Insurance License.

Responsibilities

Support successful account renewals and retention through proactive service and relationship management.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records in the AMS360 agency management system.
Collaborate with Producers, Senior Client Managers, and other internal stakeholders to support client needs.
Handle policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and other routine service items efficiently and accurately.
