The Client Manager (Group Benefits) will manage the overall broker and customer relationships for an assigned block in the 100–499 market, overseeing the full range of employee benefits service administration. This role involves building strong relationships with brokers and customers, providing comprehensive guidance on employee benefits, handling service inquiries, resolving issues, supporting re-enrollment, ensuring premium integrity, and proactively planning through effective account management strategies to deliver a seamless and impactful client experience. A formal training program is offered to set Client Managers up for success.
