Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2-5 years insurance experience required
- Working knowledge of aviation insurance coverage
- Strong computer competency – Microsoft Office 365 products
Nice To Haves
- Associate’s Degree with 5-8 years’ experience preferred
- Property & Casualty License preferred
- CISR and/or CIC designation preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day client service, addressing inquiries related to coverage and billing, and communicating updates to clients, brokers, and carriers.
- Evaluate customer needs and recommend improvements.
- Manage policy renewals and endorsements.
- Develop insurance and risk management programs.
- Prepare client proposals.
- Handle documentation such as certificates of insurance and invoices.
- Process audits and online quoting.
- Maintain service plan activities within the agency management system.
- Ensure comprehensive support and tailored insurance solutions for aviation clients.
