About The Position

In this role you can shine on the front lines as a trusted advisor for our clients. Acting in a multi-faceted role as coach, analyst, strategic advisor, project manager, and product expert, you’ll focus on helping our clients improve the benefits they reap from working with Teladoc Health products and platforms. You’ll manage your own strategic portfolio of Teladoc Health’s small to medium-sized clients, ensuring they are continually driving value for their business in the form of increased member enrollments, participation, and renewals. Ultimately your efforts will lead to better health for your clients’ members. As you manage your own client portfolio, you’ll work cross functionally with all Department within Teladoc Health. This will give you visibility and growth opportunities within the company.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a customer-facing role at a digital health, healthcare, wellness, benefits or SaaS company
  • Strong interpersonal, relationship-building and listening skills, with a natural, effective consultative style
  • A sincere interest in your clients and co-workers
  • The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • A strong focus on results, with a passion for finding smarter, better ways to achieve goals
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
  • High level of productivity, reliability, responsibility, attendance, dependability, organization and accuracy/thoroughness
  • Very detail oriented and able to handle this volume of clients

Responsibilities

  • Support a portfolio of thousands of Health Plan Teladoc Health clients
  • Work with clients and Sales to define and execute a Teladoc Health program strategy, integrated with their broader benefit offerings
  • Manage client issues and escalations, collaborating with partner teams such as Client Strategy/Launch, Member Support, Operations, Analytics, R&D, Billing, and Sales, as required
  • Lead team projects to develop processes, new tools, and intellectual capital that will better support team efforts
  • Ensure clients and their members are utilizing key product features to maximize success
  • Identify client challenges and risk areas, develop solutions, and execute proactively to avoid churn
  • Work across multiple internal systems to audit and reconcile client records, correct data inconsistencies, and maintain accurate reporting, billing, and marketing contacts.
  • Lead strategic presentations for the top 100 clients and their consultants, translating reporting insights, marketing opportunities, and other client needs into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.
