About The Position

The Associate-level Client Liaison supports the VP and senior team members in client delivery, outreach, and content creation, helping ensure the smooth execution of client engagements and internal processes. The role is part of J.P. Morgan’s Commercial & Investment Bank, which provides strategic advice, raises capital, manages risk, and extends liquidity to corporations, governments, and institutions worldwide.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining the client prioritization framework and pipeline tracking.
• Support outreach activities, including preparing responses to client inquiries.
• Help develop and update marketing assets, case studies, and sector and regional insights.
• Prepare meeting materials and agendas for client interactions.
• Maintain the roster of key themes and the knowledge base.
• Track and report on client outcomes and engagement metrics.
