Position Summary: Our Client Liaison will serve as the primary point of contact for our Social Security clients. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication and customer service skills who enjoys building relationships and ensuring a positive client experience. This is a full-time, in-person (Monday - Friday) position in our Birmingham office.
