About The Position

The Client Implementation Engineer (Back End) - I supports the technical aspects of FINBOA’s client implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance during onboarding. This role involves database configuration, query optimization, and process automation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional client experiences. Requirements

High school diploma (required).
3+ years in customer-facing roles, such as technical support or customer success.
2+ years of experience in a SaaS environment, focusing on back-end support.
Strong SQL skills, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
Experience with Azure cloud services and implementing Azure-based solutions.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting expertise with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in task prioritization and agile methodologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and certifications.
Experience in banking or fintech, especially familiarity with Reg E Dispute management processes.
Experience with project management tools like Asana.

Responsibilities

Configure and support technical back-end requirements for projects, including batch processing, data exporting/importing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Partner with internal teams and clients to define and implement project-specific configurations.
Maintain compliance standards and manage change control processes for all implementation projects.
Communicate technical specifications, enhancements, and solutions to clients in a clear, approachable manner.
Monitor batch processes, resolve errors promptly, and document software bugs for troubleshooting.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and contribute to the internal knowledge base.
Use project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.
Deploy and manage FINBOA solutions within Azure environments, ensuring compatibility with marketplace containerization.
