Requirements

• At least 5-8 years of professional consulting experience or equivalent experience as a practitioner in a systems-related organization.
• At least 5-8 years of experience in a customer service or human resources environment, with proven ability to produce positive results.
• Military Experience is considered acceptable experience.

Nice To Haves

• HR Certification or willingness to pursue in the first year.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an HR expert to ADP's largest clients and support ADP's most complex products/technologies.
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve client issues, taking a broad perspective to identify solutions.
• Work independently to resolve issues and proactively provide clients with information, best practices, and training on ADP solutions.
• Use strong interpersonal skills, HR, and ADP product knowledge to communicate with clients and resolve issues.
• Set priorities, organize your day, multi-task, change direction, and provide prompt follow-up.
• Strive to exceed client expectations in every interaction and uphold the highest ethical standards.
• Interpret internal or external business issues and recommend solutions/best practices to ADP leadership and clients.
• Share knowledge and best practices with less experienced Consultants and Specialists at ADP.
