Requirements

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related discipline preferred.
Prior experience in insurance, financial services, or business development is beneficial but not mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
Strong analytical skills.
Capability to build lasting client relationships.
