Requirements

• Experience in wellness services, online learning, client support, or consulting
• Excellent communication skills and natural relationship-building ability
• The ability to self-manage and work independently
• Confidence with virtual tools such as Zoom, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms
• A positive mindset, reliability, and a passion for helping others make progress

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to explore training programs and services
• Support new clients with onboarding, scheduling, and next steps
• Maintain communication throughout their journey to offer guidance and encouragement
• Coordinate with facilitators to ensure smooth delivery of programs
• Track client milestones, feedback, and progress
• Provide a positive experience that reflects the brands values of integrity, support, and empowerment
