We are seeking a high-impact Client Experience Specialist to serve as the central point of coordination in our fast-paced New York advisory office, responsible for creating a seamless, polished experience for both clients and the internal team. You’ll be the go-to for day-to-day coordination—keeping schedules, meetings, and office operations running smoothly while ensuring every client interaction is handled with care and professionalism. In this in-person role, you’ll manage calendars, greet clients, answer and route calls, coordinate meetings and client events, and support the preparation of reports and meeting materials. You’ll also help keep the office running efficiently through administrative support, supply and logistics management, check deposits, and occasional errands, along with assisting Advisors with travel and expense coordination. This is a highly visible, hands-on role for someone who is organized, service-minded, and energized by being at the center of a collaborative, client-focused environment.
