About The Position

Garden State Veterinary Specialists in Eatontown, New Jersey, is seeking a Client Experience Representative for a swing schedule. The representative helps clients and their pets in a busy specialty and emergency veterinary hospital, providing calm, compassionate support to pet owners and working collaboratively with the veterinary team. The role involves communication with clients, administrative tasks, and financial conversations, while maintaining professionalism, empathy, discretion, and warmth. The position follows one of two schedules: Sunday through Wednesday or Wednesday through Saturday, 1:30 p.m. to midnight. Some holidays are required. Starting pay is $21 per hour, with consideration for experience. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. and proficient in spoken and written English.

Requirements

At least 1 year of client service experience.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple phone lines, data entry, and billing tasks.
Ability to handle financial conversations with professionalism and ease.
Empathy, compassion, discretion, and a positive attitude.
Teamwork skills and willingness to learn.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Authorization to work in the U.S.

Nice To Haves

Client service experience in a fast-paced setting.
Fluency in languages in addition to English.
